(1) 6/20/2012 - Sign quitclaim deed / had house sold /did not pay second mortgage off / foreclose
These text messages will show the court ordered her to sign the quitclaim deed for the lake house. Because of her, the court made me sell the house a years later. I had it sold and I pleaded with her for five months to sign the quitclaim deed. But she would not sign it. Which stop me from paying the second mortgage off and they foreclose on the lake house. It cost me $43,000! Plus the $50,000 they took from me. So being right in the middle of 3 years of road construction and the divorce, the court ordered me to come up with half of the 50,000 which was not in our agreement! I had to sell everything I owned to come up with $25,000 cash.

(2) 11/8/2017 - Selling 1510 building / needed a mortgage release showing a $50,000 payoff
Here are the text messages where she had a mortgage on the 1510 property for $365,000.
I paid her every week for 9 years without missing a payment. I needed her to sign a piece of paper
showing the buyer what the mortgage payoff would be $50,000. This is what we agreed on. Once again, I pleaded with her for about three weeks to please give me something to show them. She sent me a text showing I owed her $50,000 on the property, but would not put anything in writing. The buyers backed out.

(4) 6/1/2018 - A loan from Prime Lending to pay her off.
Here are the text messages where I had a loan through prime lending, and it was in closing. Everything was going good until she mentioned about me getting married. Everything went downhill from there. I pleaded with her for 45 days to please sign the paperwork so I could get the loan to pay her and the property taxes off!!

(5) 2/9/2019 - A loan from Buckeye Bank to pay her off.
Here are the text messages where I had a loan through Buckeye Bank and it was also in closing. She did not stick to the payoff agreement! I received a registered letter; she was taking me back to court for not paying her. If you recall in the last text messages, I had a loan through Prime Lending to pay her off. But she would not sign the mortgage releases. Buckeye Bank back out of the loan because they got tired of waiting for a intent letter from her.

(6) 6/3/2019 - Going Back to Court
Here are the text messages where I sent her updates on the loan, so we did not have to go back to court long as I was getting a loan. All she had to do was call the judge and let her know what was going on! (She had the judges private number) But instead she told the judge I was not updating her on the loan.

(7) 9/9/2019 - Sign Mortgage Releases 1554 &1510
In these text messages, I signed the contract for the sale of all my properties. You think she would have be happy and sign the two mortgage releases, I needed signed to make the deal go through. You will also see in the text messages were I pleaded with her to sign the documents. She agrees she would sign the papers, so I drove to Akron which is 2 ½ hours

(8) 9/25/2019 - Hoping She Would Stick To Her Agreement
You will see in these text messages where I pleaded with her to stick to our $50,000 pay off agreement. Also, if she would have stuck to our original agreement that we both agreed upon, before our divorce. Her payoff would have been less than $10,000 instead of $79,300 After 11 years and all this stuff she did to me, I just wanted it over with. So I paid her whatever she wanted. It took her over 45 days to sign the agreement.
