Need her to sign a permission slip to talk with Citizens Bank, so I can get a payoff for the second mortgage.. Her attorney is stalling. See Phone Call

(2) Sign Permission Slip
By trying to get her to sign a permission slip for weeks. She told me I would have to go to her attorney first, to get a permission slip. I got more excuses from them. All I needed was a piece of paper saying it's okay to talk with the bank about the second mortgage. Which the word ordered me to take care of.

(3) Payoffs Citizens Bank / Second Mortgage / Her Loan / No Deficiency Balance
Going through Citizen Banks Attorney for a payoff. He was moving too slow. So I decided to find out who was in charge of this loan at citizens Bank. Her name was Bergantiono, she the one to make the final decisions on loan payoffs. I worked with her to come up with a $35,000 pay off with no efficiency balance. We just kept telling her and her attorney. But they still come up with excuses not to sign a permission slip.

(4) Signed Deed - Any Farther - Times Up $35,000 Payoff
I explained to her the will accept $35,000 to settle second mortgage. I took care of all the paperwork other than her signing the mortgage and a permission slip. I also told her, Renee from Bayview loan will not go any farther she signed the quit claim deed. He has went way too far without it. The guy that purchased the lake house has already sold their house. Everybody waiting for her to sign the quitclaim deed. This is all supposed to be done on April 25, 2012 the bank has extended it to July 16, 2012 I begged René to please give us a couple more days. She said she would go take care of everything tomorrow. Of course that didn't happen!!

Her attorney, she told her son that she signed the quit claim deed. Which everybody was really happy. Found out about an hour later she did not sign! Cannot pay first and second mortgage without her signature. She will not sign.

Here are phone conversations with René and I from the Bayview Bank. They are trying to help me pay the second mortgage off. The bank is offering $8,500 toward it. Missed several deadlines. They even offered her $10,000

I Believe her attorney want her to sign the mortgage release. Because he really does not have a reason not to. I think she keeps telling him, she did not want to sign. I keep letting them know it was a court order for her to sign the quitclaim deed. I was advised to start writing letters to her attorney. So I did, see file below

Hard to believe I am still trying to get her to sign the mortgage release and permission slip. They keep saying they want a guarantee before she signs. Once again, I tried to explain to them, it is a court order for me to pay off both mortgages.
