 The document from 2008 - 2013 will show some of the things I tried to do to get her paid off. The second document will show the time frame of the properties for sale and the loans I tried to get to pay her off.

(2) ​ Shows Her Pattern

I was court ordered to sell the house and pay her off. Is seeing like she would have wanted paid so she could have move on! Considering she the one that filed for divorce. You will see in this document, all the things I try to do to pay her off. It clearly show her pattern.

(3)  Wishing It Would Have Bounced

Back in December 27, 2007 - I gave the employees there Christmas bonuses. I was a little short on money after purchasing Christmas gifts for my kids. Road construction was at a standstill in front of the properties. What makes it even worse, she let me know, she wanted a divorce. I couldn't wait to get back to work to get my mind off of things. I'm trying to be positive, is the New Year.
I was going through the mail and noticed three of my employees checks bounced. I also noticed someone I have been with for almost 30 years, she decided to write herself a $5000 check out of our business account. It left me about $40.00 Did you know, when you are in a corporation, it is a felony to write your self a check. But I did nothing about it! If I only know what was coming!

(4)  Had The House Sold

Yes, I had the house sold and the guy started to moving, because the house was in closing. I was a happy camper until the title company called to let me know she did not sign the quitclaim deed. ​If you look at the divorce decree, its under documents. You will see were the judge ordered her to sign the quitclaim deed for the lake house. He ordered her to sign the deed 3 1/2 years prior to the sale of the house. My brother, her kids and I pleaded with her for weeks to sign the deed so I could pay her off. ​ She did not sign, so I could sell the house to pay her off. One will be on the call will hold and will See the documents below, It will show you I had the house sold.

(5)  Emails to Her Attorney

After trying on many occasions to get a hold of her and her attorneys.  I sent several email and phone calls to her attorneys trying to get the documents I needed sign before we returned back to court.  I pleaded with them to have her sign the necessary documents I needed to get everyone paid off.

(6) Pay off /Citizens Bank / Second Mortgage

Citizens Bank attorney submitted document with a list of things they would need to consider a payoff. I also reached out to Ms. Bergantino charge of making the decision on payoffs for loans. I made her a $35,000 offer and she accepted. They needed a permission slip from her considering it was her loan.

(7)  Citizens Bank a Judgment Against Her

Citizens Bank which owned the second mortgage, put a judgment against her on December 6, 2012.
Because of the divorce, I said I would take care of the loan. She let everyone know except me. But she did not tell everybody that I started May 2, 2012 working with the attorney that was handling the judgement. Six months before the judgment was final. Wondering why the attorney never said anything to me about the judgment. Ask her she knows!  The thing is, if she would have signed the permission slip when I asked her too, the judgment would have never happen.

(8)  Prime Lending /Approved for Loan 

I was going to take some equity my commercial properties. So I was approved for a loan through prime lending for $260,000. Which would have been enough to pay off her and all my property taxes. I would have also had a little money in my pocket. Once again I needed her to sign mortgage releases on the properties. I begged her for almost 2 months to sign the documents.  Prime Lending got tired of waiting and backed out of the deal. The documents below.

(9)  Chase Bank /Approved for Loan Modification​ 

We had our lake house loan with Chase Bank. Because of the divorce the court ordered me to get her name off the deed. So I contacted Chase and talk to the homeowners assistance department to see if there's something we could do. ​They explained to me about the loan modification, I applied and was approved. On March 28, 2011, I got a letter from Chase to confirm that I elected not to proceed with the loan modification. It was not me, wonder who it could have been! There are two names on the mortgage. I immediately called Chase to explain to them it was not me. They said it was too late, they were selling the loan to Bayview loan company.

(10)  Approved for Short Sale

After the loan modification mysteriously got canceled! I did not want them to foreclose on the property. So I applied for a short sale with Bayview loan services. Finally I got some good news, I was approved for the short sale. This gave me some time to sell the lake house. I found a realtor and put the house up for sale and it sold. This might sound weird, I was happy it sold, after paying everything off, I would have had same money in my pocket. But on the other hand, I was sad, I just sold my dream home. The house I built 80% of!

(11)  Velocity Mortgage Capital / ANS Financial LLC

After she stopped prime lending and Buckeye bank loans. I went ahead and applied for two more loan.
Velocity Mortgage Capital and I was approved for $306,000 But because it is a cash out on commercial properties, they only offer 65% of $306,000 the loan value, . Which would be 198,000. Basically the same thing with  ANS Financial LLC. I was approved for 293,000.00 at 70%  I would receive $205,100.00 to pay off the mortgages. Between the time of Prime Lending loan and these two recent loans. The payoff increased $22,400 because of interest and penalties.  Plus, I had to pay $2400 for two new appraisals. The first appraisals cost me $2800 but they were more than six months old.  So the loan companies would not use them.

Here are 540 emails I sent back and forth to different companies when I tried to get a loan to pay her off. If she would have followed through with the first loan I have with Prime Lending. There would have only been 28 emails. You cannot imagine how much pressure, stress, anger and money it cost me by her not signing and on top of everything else she did!!!

(13) I approved for a loan modification
I applied and was approved for a loan modification. This way I can keep my house and get her name off the deed. On March 28, 2011, I got a letter from Chase to confirm that I elected not to proceed with the loan modification. It was not me, wonder who it could have been! ​
